Suehellen Natishalyn Tupai Tobler, 30, of Bremerton, passed away on Jan. 17, 2018. She was born on Jan. 21, 1987 in Honolulu, HI. She was a graduate of Sac Charter School in Sacramento, CA and attended Everett College in Bremerton. Tisha worked in health care and as a dental assistant for 6 years. She loved spending time with her kids, shopping, dining out and arts and crafts. She is survived by her mother Faleosina P. Tupai; brothers, Bailey Tupai, Pisa Tobler, Loren Jr. Sides and Aaron Tupai; sisters Pafuti Anna Tupai; godparents, Pisa and Pomate Tupai; and extended loving family with numerous nieces and nephews. As Tisha loved to say "Just Breathe".
