Marlys "Punkie" Lee Harris of Auburn, Washington was born on December 22, 1956, in Pensacola, Florida to John W. Harris, Sr. and Vonda Lee Harris (Tennison). Marlys passed away on November 3, 2024, in Federal Way, Washington at the age of 67. Marlys graduated from West High School in Bremerton, Washington. She worked in retail as a cashier for 40 years. Marlys enjoyed reading, bowling, billiards, music and dancing. Survivors include her son: Robert W. Harris of Macon, Georgia, brother: James Harris of Belfair, Washington, sisters: Vonda Damian of Auburn, Washington and Robin Harris of Gig Harbor, Washington as well as two grandchildren, eight nieces and nephews and twenty-five grand nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents John and Vonda Lee Harris. There will be a memorial at Lewis Funeral Chapel in Bremerton, Washington on December 27, 2024, at 1pm, followed by a witness inurnment at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Bremerton, Washington at 2pm.
