L.S. Vern Thompson Obituary (1926

L.S. Vern Thompson, 81, of Bremerton, WA passed away on December 26th. He was born to Stephen and Selma (Aardahl) Thompson on December 18, 1926 in Tioga, ND. He graduated from Central Kitsap High School in Silverdale, WA. Vern married PhyllisWalker, she preceded him in death in 1986. Vern worked as a jeweler for Goldberg's Jeweler for 20 years. He liked golfing and bowling. Vern was also preceded in death by his brother, Eldo Thompson. He is survived by daughters, Judy Daggett of Jacksonville, FL and Cynthia Meyer of Woodward, OK; brother, Jerome Thompson of Poulsbo, WA; nieces, Terri Lynn Campbell of Texas and Julie Bickhart of Poulsbo, WA; nephew, Scott Thompson of Poulsbo, WA; two grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. At his request, there will be no services held. Memorial donations can be made to a charity of one's choice. Arrangements entrusted to Lewis Funeral Chapel.
