Frank G. Jakum, Jr. Obituary (1938

Frank G Jakum, Jr., loving husband and father passed away Saturday, January 11, 2014 at the age of 75. Frank served 20 years in the U.S. Navy as an Aerographer's mate and went on to work in the marine industry after retirement. Frank's passion for cars was infectious, and he spent many happy hours restoring classic automobiles to perfection with his family. Frank had a love of life and was always looking for the next adventure. He enjoyed many hobbies, including boating, motorcycle riding, traveling, and spending time with his children and grandchildren, watching them learn as they grew. He is survived by his beloved wife of 48 years, Diana; daughter Sandy D'Andrea and her husband Sam; daughter Tracy Jakum; brothers Bruce and Bill, and grandchildren Alyssa Jakum, Kyle Boyle, Reid D'Andrea, Colin Mulcahy and Cody Sell. A Celebration of Life will be held Tuesday, January 21, 2014 from 12:00-3:00 at The Stone Chapel at Poulsbo Mortuary. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in his name to the American Heart Association.
