Elmer Ross Chevalier Obituary (1936

Elmer Ross Chevalier passed away on March 13, 2003 at his home in Seabeck, Washington, after a long battle with cancer. He was 67 years of age. Mr. Chevalier was born on February 28, 1936 in Great Falls, Montana to Ed M. and Myrtle W. (Lickess) Chevalier. He attended Dutton High School in Dutton, Montana, graduating in 1955. Mr. Chevalier was enlisted in the United States Army from 1959 to 1961. He was a master automotive mechanic for all his life, until his retirement in 1998. He has also worked as an MP. He enjoyed camping, fishing, and hunting. Survivors include daughter Janine Chevalier-Hastreiter of Seattle, Washington; son Ross Chevalier of Tempe, Arizona; twin sister Eleanora Chevalier of Underwood, Washington; brothers Earl Chevalier of Mellrose, Montana, Kenneth Chevalier of Bremerton, Washington, Donald Chevalier of Great Falls, Montana, Ralph Chevalier of Seabeck; and one grandchild. Memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Kitsap County.
