Arthur C. Lazo Obituary (1950

Arthur C. Lazo passed away suddenly on May 19, 2016. Art was born in San Francisco in 1950, worked at Hunter's Point, and moved to Bremerton in 1973 to work at PSNS. Art retired in 2013 and enjoyed watching his daughter, Gabrielle, play fastpitch. He was a rabid Seahawks fan and enjoyed camping, 4-wheeling, boating and target shooting. He loved and spoiled his dogs. He loved telling stories and will be missed terribly by his family and friends. Art was preceded in death by his mother, Rosie; father, Anacleto; and brother, John. He is survived by his wife, Terilynn; his daughter, Gabrielle; his son, Art Jr.; daughter-in-law, Shelli; grandson, Eric; granddaughter, Alex; his son, Steve; grandson, Julian; granddaughter, Charlotte; brother, David; sister-in-law, Kathy; sister, Mary; brother-in-law, David; brother, Bobby; and sons and daughter, Randy, Ed, Joe and Farrah. The family invites all who enjoyed knowing Art and his family to don their Seahawk colors and join us for a memorial "sharing of stories" at the John Horsley Island Lake Community Room in Poulsbo, Washington on Friday, May 27, 2016 at 4 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Humane Society. The family wishes to thank their friends, neighbors and the North Mason Fire Department EMTs and the Mason County Sheriff Department Chaplain for their service, response and support.
