Alecia Smith Obituary (1980 - 2025)

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Alecia Dawn Smith, affectionately known as Lacy, who left us far too soon on Friday, October 17th, at the age of 45. Born in Bremerton, Washington, Lacy grew up in Poulsbo, where she devoted herself to raising her two beloved children, Haley and Joey. She later found happiness with her husband, Stuart Smith, whom she married on April 10th, 2011. Lacy was a nurturing and dedicated wife and mother, finding joy in simple pleasures such as reading and cooking, often inspired by her favorite show, Chopped. Her love for her family and animals was immense, and after years in the technical field, she embraced the rewarding role of a stay-at-home wife and mother, treasuring every moment spent with her loved ones. Survivors include her husband, Stuart, children, Haley and Joey and brothers Berry and Daniel. She is also remembered by her grandma Sheryl, aunt Leanne and godmother Dawn. in-laws, Dawn and Bill, along with her sister-in-law, Sara, and brothers-in-law, Kellen and Jason. Additionally, her uncle Duane and cousins Aaron, Amanda, Jarrod, and Meranda, as well as her nieces, Sydney and Kennedy, will carry her memory forward
