June Grace (Carlson) Parker passed away peacefully on February 3, 2013. Our savior and her beloved husband Jesse met her at the Pearly Gates, while children and grandchildren kept vigil at her bedside or from their homes around the United States. From the moment she was born in a logging camp near Colville, WA, on April 12, 1929 to the day she died in Bremerton WA, June was a traveler who visited nearly every state in the Union. As a Navy wife she also became an expert at moving her family and creating a home wherever she went. June is preceded in death by her parents, brother, best friend and husband, Jesse Parker, and granddaughter Carrie Rose. She is survived by Thomas (Nini) of Renton WA, Karen (Mike Sr.) of Vashon Island WA, Sheila (George) of Port Charlotte FL, Clay (Guada) of Lake Stevens WA, and Erin of Bremerton WA. Grandchildren David (Priscilla), Brian, Anna, Toni, Amy, Mike Jr., Shane (Erin), Gabrielle, Savannah (John), Chasen, great grandchildren Kennedy, Gianna and Kerrington. Her family appreciates all of the prayers and support and invite friends to join them for a celebration of life at the Kitsap Lake Baptist Church of Bremerton on March 2, 2013 at 2pm.
