Jewell M. Nelson Obituary (1938

Jewell M. Nelson, 67, of Port Orchard passed away on April 4, 2006in Bremerton, WA. She was born on September 8, 1938 in Ellensburg, WA to Kenneth Wray Larimer and Olga (Kauzlarich) Larimer. Jewell was married to Richard L. Nelson in Reno, NV. Mrs. Nelson worked as an office manager for the Department of Transportation, Attorney General's office. She enjoyed reading, gardening, and she became an avid bird watcher. Jewell especially enjoyed spending time with her dog, Simba. Mrs. Nelson is preceded in death by her parents and a brother Lee Larimer. She is survived by her daughter Julie Winchester of Port Orchard; sons Steven Meyers of Port Orchard and Richard C. Meyers of Port Orchard; brothers Garry Larimer of Cle Elum and Terry Larimer of Toppenish, WA; sister Gloria Clark of Port Orchard; and 6 grandchildren.
