James (Jimmy) Scott Corso Obituary (1960

James (Jimmy) Scott Corso, of Poulsbo, WA went to Heaven on April 30, 2022. Jim was born on May 20, 1960 at the Naval Hospital in Bremerton, WA to Jim and Nancy Corso. Jim grew up with his family in Poulsbo, WA and graduated from North Kitsap High School. There he met the love of his life, Gail Salt. They married after graduation, but sadly divorced a few short years later. They remained close friends, and his love for Gail was always. Jim lived in Hawaii and various areas of Washington State. His last few years were spent on the family farm in Poulsbo, that he loved. He was an avid fisherman and a Seattle Seahawk and Mariner fan. Jim's memory will live on with his father and step mother, Jim and Debbie Corso of Bremerton; and his mother, Nancy Erstad of Poulsbo; siblings, Tammy Corso of Poulsbo and Jerry (Gina) Corso of Seattle; nephews, Jeremy Corso, Josh Corso, Jared Corso; and his aunt, Peggy (Dave) Stanley and children, Clayton and Emmy; Jim's very close cousins that he grew up with, Annie Nell, Kristi, Ronnie and Dave Simms; and his beloved cat Cliff. Jim is preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Marcy Lampe Corso; Maternal grandparents, Amanda and Cliff Jensen; and aunt and uncle, Sally and Bob Simms. His love of family and faith in the Heavenly Father and Son was strong and everlasting. A memorial service will be held later in the summer with a date to be determined.
