Gayl Marie Felix Obituary (1948

Gayl Marie Felix, 70, of Belfair, WA, passed away on June 20, 2018 in Bremerton. Gayl was born on March 22, 1948 in Everett, WA to Rowland O. and Grace M (Chandler) Parker. A graduate of Arlington High School in Arlington, WA, Gayl went on to marry Ron Felix on August 9, 1969 in Seattle, WA. She was a loving homemaker, foster parent and daycare provider, who in her spare time liked reading, traveling, and spending time with family. Gayl is preceded in death by her parents. Gayl's memory will live on with her husband of nearly 50 years, Ron, of Belfair, WA; sons, John of Portland, OR, David of Sherwood, OR, and Michael of Lacey, WA; sisters, Jean Eggleston of Manchester, WA, and Evelyn "Evie" Croff of Oxford, MI; four grandchildren; and sister-in-law, Elaine Rodriguez. A rosary will be prayed on Saturday, June 30th at 10:30am at Prince of Peace Catholic Church in Belfair, WA followed by a funeral mass at 11:00am. Inurnment will take place at a later date at Tahoma National Cemetery.
