Obituary for Deborah Ann (Lundgren) Sabatini

Deborah (Lundgren) Sabatini was born on April 17, 1958 in Seattle, Washington to Robert E. and May Lundgren. She was raised on Bainbridge Island and graduated from Bainbridge High School in 1977. In 1978, Deb followed her passion for the water and worked in the Washington State Ferry galley until 1996. She also worked her way to Able Bodied Seaman while employed by the WSF. Debs passions are her family; pets: four horses, dogs and cats; and the open waters. She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband of 25 years, Craig; children: Scott (Taylor) and Katrina; grandchildren: Gracie May Overby, Anders Gordon Overby; brothers: Doug (Donna) and Stephen (Suann); sister, Roberta; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and loving in- laws. Deb loved traveling and explored many parts of America, especially enjoying Las Vegas every year for the National Finals Rodeo. Her friends include the Ferry community, horseback riding community from the Bainbridge Island Saddle Club and the Riding Place in Port Orchard, 4H groups as a child and with her children, The Silver Spur Club Members, and most recently the Kitsap Mounted Posse. She will be missed by all who knew her.
