Dave Lee Robinson Obituary (1945

Dave Lee Robinson went to be with the Lord at the age of 65 on February 24, 2011 at the family home in Poulsbo. He was born September 1, 1945 in Clarinda, Iowa to Arthur and Hazel Robinson. He was raised in Minneapolis, MN. He joined the Navy in the early 1960's and served onboard the USS Coral Sea. He married Lori on October of 1994. He is survived by his wife, son Christopher, stepchildren; Lloyd West, Jeff (Melissa) West, and Lisa (Dan) McCoy, 5 grandchildren, his Mother, 2 brothers; Phil and Steve, several nieces and nephews, special friend; Lee Slowey and their beloved dog Samantha. He was deeply loved by his family and friends, with always a twinkle in his eyes. He worked at Todd Shipbuilding for 10 years and employed the past 29 years at PSNS as a welder. He was a Master Scuba diver and instructor. He built model planes, loved miniature trains, traveling and boating. A Memorial was held March 1, 2011 at the First Christian Church for family. A Celebration of his Life to be held at a later date this summer for family and friends. Donations may be made to Children's Hospital, Seattle.
