Carlos Alberto Portillo Obituary (1960

Carlos A. Portillo, 57, of Kingston, passed away on Jan. 9, 2018. He was born on Dec. 15, 1960 to Rosa E. Robredo and Santiago Portillo in El Salvador, Sonsonate. He graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School in El Salvador and went on to earn Master's Degree in Veterinary Science at Centro Estudios Universitarios in Monterey, Mexico. Carlos married Maria Gricel Garcia on Jan. 11, 1986. He owned and operated a cleaning business. He is survived by his wife, Maria; sons Carlos, Diego and Santiago; brother, Alvaro Portillo; sister, Rina Portillo Guevara; and one granddaughter, Elena. A rosary will be held on Jan. 20 at 12:30pm with a memorial mass to follow at 1:00pm at St. Olaf's Catholic Church, 18943 Caldart Ave NE, Poulsbo, WA 98370.
