Many families reach out after the conclusion of the services to let us know how much our support and guidance meant to them in their time of need, and we’re honored to receive such heartfelt praise. We feel that these messages speak for themselves and we’d like to share them with you.
If you feel we’ve gone above and beyond in supporting you through this difficult time, or would simply like to reach out and say thanks, contact us to share your thoughts. It means the world to us to hear from you and know that we’ve made a difference.
Carrie, Thank you for your help and being so kind during this difficult time. We think Dad would have liked his service. This isn’t something that we ever thought we’d have to do, but that is just wishful thinking. Thank you again and thank you to Mary and Lynn also for their help.
The Vick Family
I would like to extend my gratitude to your staff, especially naming Chris Henrickson and Gary, who exhibited great compassion to our family during the loss of my father in April this year. At a time when sensitivities are at their peak, even the careful conversaton and terms of speech were noted to be roper and caring. I was especially relieved that personnel was not changed from the first contact through the services; with grief looming paramount, dealing with hoards of people instead of one or two is overwhelming. The respect that was shown to my father was noted, and the suggestions made to us when thinking of details was difficult, was welcomed. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Dear Chris, We wanted to thank you for the prompt and courteous service received with regards to our mom, Imogene R. BarbeWe especially want to acknowledge Joan at your cremation center. She went out of her way to help us make our goodbyes. The staff at both places are very friendly and supportive. Keep up the good work and may God bless all for the work and service your provide.

Dear Chris, Who would have thought that in our grief we would be led to you? Your care, compassion and acute attention to every detail brought a sense of calm to an otherwise difficult time. When we reflect upon Mom’s service, we will be forever grateful for your professionalism and genuine concern for Mom and her family. Mere words can’t convey our feelings of appreciation. Please know in your heart that you’ve earned a special place in ours.

Dick, Jesse, Chris & Erik, Thank you for all you did to make the service for Dad run so smoothly. It truly was a pleasure working with you. Dick, your crew did a great job with the Rose Croix ceremony. Dad counted you as a really good friend. Jesse, thank you too! You are great in the front office. You are efficient and so on top of everything. Thank you for having such a caring attitude. You all made Dad’s homegoing as stressless as possible for me. Thank you so much.

Dear Chris, On behalf of my family, I want to thank you and your team for your exemplary service. I personally had never gone through this proess before and you made it easy after my father’s death. I’d like to specifically thank Lisa Bukata for her personal work with me in the planning and on the day of the funeral; and Jesse Henrickson for getting the obituaries managed. These may seem like normal things to do, however I learned there is a great deal of work involved, and they both made it easy for me. The viewing, funeral, and urial went off without a hitch. Heck, the weather was even perfect in a week full of storms! Thanks again for all your efforts and those of your fine staff. We are indebted to you.
