Climb for Cancer Care
Pledge Drive
The Climb for Cancer Care honors the memory of Glen M. Henrickson. Glen was a local business leader who served on the board of the Harrison Medical Center Foundation. In honor of his father and to raise funds in support of cancer care at Harrison Medical Center, Chris Henrickson will be climbing Mt. Adams in August, 2009. This was a trip Chris had already planned, however, felt if he could raise funds in support of Harrison the climb would not only be a personal achievement but also support those in our community in need of cancer care services.
Each year hundreds of our family, friends, neighbors, and coworkers turn to Harrison for cancer treatment, care and support after receiving a diagnosis. Harrison's Oncology Services—long recognized as a Center of Excellence—provides the full range of standard cancer treatments with the newest drug protocols, intensity-modulated radiation therapy, and chemotherapy regimens. Our Radiation Oncology Center is equipped with a linear accelerator, which allows for more precise radiation therapy with improved rates of success. It’s exceptional health care, right here at home.
The generous support of our community is absolutely vital to our ability to provide life-changing services through cancer care at Harrison Medical Center. Your gift or pledge of any size will make an immediate impact on the lives of hundreds of patients and their families in the West Sound region.
Please make a gift to Harrison Medical Center today. We simply could not do it without you!
